Dr. Frank Lebsanft, PHOENIX Real Estate Development GmbH, and Stephen von der Brüggen, Art-Invest Real Estate, are pleased with the successful completion of the project development in the CBD Eschborn, which was also made possible by the great support of the city of Eschborn and the Main-Taunus district. With the sale of the last development plot to P+B Group, all plots of the CBD site with a total of around 50,000 sqm gross floor area have thus been developed, sold or built on.
On the approx. 1,760 sqm plot that has now been sold, P+B Group will soon start construction work on an aparthotel under the CAMPO NOVO BUSINESS brand. Planning permission is expected in the short term. A total of 179 business flats will be built on a gross floor area of 7,620 sqm within a planned construction period of 16 months; 56 parking spaces will be available in an underground car park after completion.
Gerd Hebebrand, Managing Partner of P+B GmbH & Co. KG, emphasised that the aparthotel will also qualitatively enrich the offer in the CBD Eschborn. The 2 CAMPO NOVO BUSINESS brand stands for design and comfort with on-demand service and all this at a favourable price. P+B Group has already realised six Campo Novo properties with almost 2,000 flats nationwide - both as business and student flats. Another one is currently under construction in StuttgartVaihingen.
