The P+B Group has recently completed three construction projects, all of which are designed to be highly sustainable. Two new aparthotels have been built in Eschborn and Stuttgart-Vaihingen, both of which comply with the KFW 40 standard and meet the EE65 standard. The POLARIS OFFICE building was also completed as part of the ensemble with the aparthotel in Vaihingen, also built to the KFW 40 standard and already certified with LEED Gold.

In addition to other projects, three major projects are currently in the planning stage: In Stuttgart, we are developing a forward-looking mixed-use building complex directly adjacent to the main railway station. In Neuss and Frankfurt, we are planning two new urban districts, which we will design to be fit for future generations using our newly developed “Neuland” concept.
