POLARIS OFFICE: Exclusive office building with KfW-40 standard and pursuing LEED Gold certification as well as the forward-looking consideration of the conceptpaper of the german government 65EE
POLARIS OFFICE is being built by P+B Group together with a new business apartment building of the established CAMPO NOVO brand. The urban ensemble with two independent buildings, each with its own address, forms the entrance to the future commercial boulevard "Am Wallgraben".
New Entrée for Commercial Boulevard in the Stuttgart-Vaihingen’s Synergiepark
P+B Group is building a new POLARIS OFFICE complex with exclusive office space that provides maximum flexibility for the individual design of innovative working environments at Synergiepark in Stuttgart-Vaihingen. The building with six full storeys plus a staggered storey has a gross floor area of approx. 14,480 sqm. LEED Gold certification is being sought for Polaris Office. Completion is scheduled for the 4th quarter of 2023.

POLARIS OFFICE is being built at the sought-after company location of Synergiepark Stuttgart. With an area of around 120 hectares, the vibrant Synergiepark is the largest industrial estate in the capital of Baden-Wuerttemberg. Already today, more than 30,000 people are employed in the companies located there. According to city officials, there will be more than 40,000 employees in the near future.
In addition to its optimal transport connections and local amenities, the location scores points for its proximity to research institutes at Stuttgart University and the nearby Stuttgart Trade Fair Centre. This is one of the largest organisers of congresses, trade fairs and events in Germany and is located in the immediate vicinity.
The location is one reason that Synergiepark is developing into a business park with a variety of different industries. Important companies such as Daimler, Lapp, Dekra and Trelleborg are also based here.

The location is conveniently situated due to its connection to the airport, the motorway and main road as well as local public transport.
The Lapp Kabel underground station is located in front of the new POLARIS OFFICE building on Am Wallgraben. The future Stuttgart-Vaihingen regional railway station will thus be the local transport hub and can be reached by a mere ten-minute walk. For car drivers, POLARIS OFFICE provides 151 underground parking spaces, some with e-charging points, as well as seven barrier-free parking spaces.
