POLARIS OFFICE is being built by P+B Group together with a new business apartment building of the established CAMPO NOVO brand. The urban ensemble with two independent buildings, each with its own address, forms the entrance to the future commercial boulevard "Am Wallgraben".

New Entrée for Commercial Boulevard in the Stuttgart-Vaihingen’s Synergiepark

P+B Group is building a new POLARIS OFFICE complex with exclusive office space that provides maximum flexibility for the individual design of innovative working environments at Synergiepark in Stuttgart-Vaihingen. The building with six full storeys plus a staggered storey has a gross floor area of approx. 14,480 sqm. LEED Gold certification is being sought for Polaris Office. Completion is scheduled for the 4th quarter of 2023.

POLARIS OFFICE is being built at the sought-after company location of Synergiepark Stuttgart. With an area of around 120 hectares, the vibrant Synergiepark is the largest industrial estate in the capital of Baden-Wuerttemberg.
