On the approximately 50,000 sqm conversion area of the former Rheinische Schrauben- und Mutterfabrik Bauer & Schauerte in the centre of Neuss, P+B Group is projecting a mixed, social and sustainable urban quarter with a future-oriented concept.

Due to its location directly adjacent to the main railway station and its size alone, the project will have a cityscape-defining character. Identity-creating buildings of the former screw factory are to be preserved and put to new use. In addition to a high proportion of residential units, the following are also planned in accordance with the decision on the development plan: offices and hotels, local supplies, daycare centres, social and cultural facilities as well as green and open spaces.
