We have developed 12 guidelines for our NEULAND brand neighbourhood concept: they range from the use of conversion areas and climate-adapted urban development with CO2-neutral energy supply to a wide-ranging mix of uses and social mix - and all this in a neighbourhood of short distances with networked mobility. The P+B Group is a project developer and builder with more than 20 years of market presence. Thanks to shareholders with strong credit ratings, the group realises its projects with a high proportion of equity. So far, we have realised construction projects amounting to € 740 million. The group of companies now employs a team of around 40 highly motivated staff at its headquarters in Troisdorf as well as at its locations in Frankfurt and Stuttgart. With a project development volume of more than € 1 billion, we are on a dynamic growth path.

As a project developer and property developer, we acquire, plan, build and market properties of different asset classes. In addition to urban quarters that are increasingly becoming our focus, we plan and build single-family homes and multi-storey flats, micro-apartments and student residences as well as offices, retail spaces and hotels. Solid and precise planning as well as the highest construction quality are our trademarks.
Future major projects to be certified
For us, sustainability is not just lip service. We plan and build demonstrably sustainable properties. That is why P+B Holding GmbH & Co. KG is now a member of the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB), the largest network of its kind in Europe and number two worldwide. As an association, the DGNB and its members are committed to demonstrably good buildings, liveable neighborhoods, in short, a sustainable built environment. This is precisely our objective. Future major projects in our group of companies should therefore be certified. We want to realize this goal, for example, in our largest current project development: the NEULAND urban quarter in Neuss. We call the district "urenkelfähig". This is because it is being planned responsibly, built in an environmentally friendly way, with a view to the needs of the people of today's and future generations as well as the interests of the city and the environment.
The P+B Group currently has three projects under construction: the LEED-Gold pre-certified POLARIS OFFICE office building in an ensemble with the CAMPO NOVO BUSINESS in Stuttgart-Vaihingen. Both building projects will be realised according to the KFW-40 standard and at least 65 percent of the heat supply will come from renewable energies (EE65). Another CAMPO NOVO BUSINESS aparthotel is currently being built in Eschborn. This project also meets the KFW-40 and EE65 standards, as will all future projects of the P+B Group. There are a number of other exciting projects in the pipeline, including two new city districts in Neuss and Frankfurt.
