The P+B Group has completed an apart-hotel of the renowned CAMPO NOVO BUSINESS brand with 259 exclusive serviced business flats in a sought-after, easily accessible location in Stuttgart. The P+B Group has now built eight properties of this brand with around 2,400 flats nationwide.

The new building in Stuttgart-Vaihingen has a total living space of 6,327m². It was built in the immediate neighbourhood of the POLARIS OFFICE building, which has also been completed. As an ensemble of buildings, the two new P+B Group buildings form the urban development prelude to the new Am Wallgraben commercial boulevard. Both projects are designed as independent buildings with their own address, but are architecturally and design-wise linked to form a harmonious whole. The six-storey apart-hotel was completed in the 4th quarter of 2023 and has a gross floor area of approx. 10,000m².

With an area of around 120 hectares, the vibrant Synergiepark is the largest industrial estate in the capital of Baden-Wuerttemberg.
