The new building complex is located in a prominent urban location at the outset of the future commercial boulevard "Am Wallgraben" adjacent to the prospering company location Synergiepark Vaihingen, the largest commercial area in the state capital of Stuttgart. Polaris Office and Campo Novo Business were designed by the architects of blfp planungs gmbh, in Friedberg, as independent buildings, each with its own address, but at the same time arranged in close proximity to each other and linked architecturally and in terms of design to form a harmonious whole.
Polaris Office to receive LEED Gold certification
The well thought-out floor plan concept of the office building, which has a gross floor area of 14,480 sqm, allows future users maximum freedom to design individual and communicative working environments. New work concepts, individual, open-plan and combined solutions as well as meeting zones and open spaces are possible.
The office building offers six full storeys plus a stacked storey with a total lettable area of approx. 9,080 sqm (GIF) including two hospitality units. The spaces are divisible from approx. 400 sqm. The up to 23 office units are accessible via four lifts. It is therefore suitable for both multi- and single-tenant use.
Floor-to-ceiling windows, external shading and anti-glare blinds on the inside enable optimal working conditions. Intelligent indoor climate systems with heating and cooling ceiling sails create a physiologically ideal indoor climate in combination with concrete core activation. The energy-efficient operation is further increased by the energy supply with a combined heat and power unit.
The building, which is located directly next to the Lapp Kabel underground station, has 151 underground parking spaces, some with e-charging points, as well as seven barrier-free spaces. Aparthotel Campo Novo Business Vaihingen
The Campo Novo Business brand stands for design and comfort with on-demand service and all this at a favourable price. P+B Group has already realised six Campo Novo properties with almost 2,000 flats nationwide - both as business and student flats. Two more projects are currently being planned.

They contain smart kitchens, modern bathrooms and balconies or loggias. Free high-speed WiFi and modern electronic locking card systems, which can also be operated via KeyApp using a smartphone, complete the package. A planted roof terrace, courtyard and green areas further enhance the quality of living for the residents. In the serviced flats, guests decide individually which services they would like to use: from standard to business to premium. 67 car parking spaces are located in the underground car park.
